The method of learning

Product Development Days combine various ways of sharing the knowledge to enhance the learning experience. From case studies and 1:1 mentoring sessions to intensive workshops, the program of the conference covers:


30 talks delivered in two learning tracks – business track and product team track. The topics cover case studies, best practices, and tips and tricks from one of the three key perspectives. Each talk lasts 20 minutes and is followed by a short Q&A.

Interactive workshops

20 interactive workshops designed to deliver practical knowledge and teach attendees how to leverage their skills. Attendees can select workshops based on the key perspective and on their level of comfort. Each workshop lasts 2.5 hours and can involve up to 20 participants.

1:1 & group mentoring sessions

Individual consultations with experts. Each session lasts 30 to 60 minutes and it can take place at the conference venue or remotely. Appointments can be scheduled by booking a meeting with an expert on their profile page.

Open space sessions

Two parallel sessions dedicated to two program tracks – business and product team. During the sessions, attendees have an opportunity to talk to experts and ask questions related to topics that sparked their interest.

Hard skills workshops

Eight intensive all-day workshops designed to teach participants particular methods related to one of the three key perspectives. To help attendees make the most of the learning experience, each workshop includes no more than 20 people.

Talent corner

The area where participants can explore their product development talents, learn more about their capabilities, and test different coaching tools to enhance their learning experience.
